Domestic Shipping Rates (Ireland)

In Ireland, we offer express shipping (1-2 days) capped at €6 per order. Please note that products(Lighting) will be shipped at the end of the following month after an order is placed as our products are made to order.

International Shipping Rates 

We currently offer international shipping , using rates provided by An Post. All prices are listed in EUR and are accurate as of August 31, 2024. Europe: €13.70 for packages up to 1kg €23.60 for packages up to 2kg Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs and local courier handover.

Return Policy Worldwide

1. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. ​

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us via email with your order number and reason for the return. You may use the button below.

Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. ​

3. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that transaction and payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining balance will be credited to your original method of payment. ​

4. Failure to Return the Item If the item is not shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval, your return request will be considered void, and the return process will be closed. We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if the item is not returned within the specified timeframe or returned damaged.
